The 1991 Americans with Disabilities Act brought about many changes in the workplace and public facilities. It requires both immediate and long term modification strategies to accommodate the public, including people with disabilities. The Accessibility Services staff of Great Plains Rehabilitation Technology (GPRS) is trained to conduct thorough evaluations of businesses and public facilities. We can help create plans to comply with the ADA and we provide the equipment, installation and training those plans may require. Many of these products are very appropriate for home use as well. Because of ADA, people in businesses and public facilities have come to realize the value of accommodating people with disabilities. It is all a part of providing good customer service.
